Nanoindenter - TI Premier (Hysitron):

The Hysitron TI Premier Nanoindenter is used for nanoindentation measurements to determine the hardness and elastic modulus of solids and thin films. It offers a normal load range from 75 nN to 10 mN and a normal displacement range from 0.2 nm to 5 µm. Additionally, it allows for measurements under thermal stress, with a capability of up to 800°C.
