Our Elemental Analysis Lab allows to identify and quantify elements in samples. Our Lab is equipped with various analytical instruments which allow to detect almost all elements in the Periodic Table both for organic and inorganic samples. They include Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometers (ICP) and Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS) for inorganic samples; CHNS/O instruments for organic compounds; and state-of-the-art digestion systems for sample preparation.
iQAP RQ ICP MS allows simultaneous detection of elements from the Periodic Table and isotopes of the elements. Ion detection system identifies elements based on the mass of ions and mainly used for samples with low concentrations up to ppb (part per billion) or ug/L. Widely used to analyze environmental, pharmaceutical, food safety, geoscience exploration and other samples. Due to aqueous sample introduction system, solid samples have to be digested prior to analysis in strong acids at high temperature.
iCAP 6300 detects 72 elements based on emission of electromagnetic radiation at 166-847 nm wavelength range. Used for analysis of various samples (environmental, metallurgical, petrochemical and etc.) with higher concentration up to ppm (part per million) or mg/L. Also requires acid digestion of solid samples.
AAS detects traces of metal and non-metal elements in liquid and dissolved samples. High resolution continuum source atom absorption spectrometer tool for flame, hydride and graphite tube technique allows AAS detect ONE element at time with concentration limits up to ppb or um/L. Also requires samples preparation as acid digestion just like ICP OES and ICP MS.
The UNICUBE is optimized for the analysis of CHNS, CHN, CNS, CN, O, Cl in liquid and solid samples. Applications include environmental sciences, materials science, academic research, agriculture, agrochemicals, etc.
Fully automated analyzer capable of operating in three modes: CHN, CHNS and Oxygen. Applications include environmental sciences, pharmaceutical industry and drug development, biochemistry and biology, food industry, coal and energy industry and others.
Ethos Up digestion system uses microwave energy (up to 1800W) to heat up and to digest various types of solid samples from organic to geological. PTFE vessels are compatible with all kinds of strong acids (nitric, hydrochloric, hydrofluoric and etc.) Operating software provides pre-installed methods for digestion of various types of samples. Simultaneous digestion of up to 9 samples of the same type is possible.
Digestion is performed via heating up to 200° C samples with acids in closed PTFE vessels. Simultaneous digestion of up to 54 different samples in various acids is possible.
